Frequently Asked Questions

What services does DooDash offer?

We specialize in professional dog waste removal, offering a cleaner, healthier yard for busy pet owners. Our main services include Weekly Scoops for consistent cleanliness, One-Time Clean-Ups for special occasions or quick resets, and Seasonal Yard Refreshes for a more intensive clean-up during spring or fall.

How often do you scoop?

Our most popular service is weekly scooping, where we visit your property on a scheduled day each week. We also offer one-time clean-ups for those immediate needs.

What do you do with the waste?

We collect all dog waste, bag it securely, and remove it from your property. We then dispose of it responsibly, keeping your bins and local landfills cleaner.

Do I need to be home for the service?

No, you don't! As long as our technicians have access to your yard, you don't need to be present. We'll simply come, scoop, and leave your yard clean. We just ask that your gates are unlocked and your dogs are secured during our visit.

How will I know you've been here?

We'll leave a small tag or notice on your door or gate to let you know your DooDash service is complete. You'll also notice a much cleaner, fresher yard!

What if my dog is aggressive or shy?

For the safety of our technicians and your pet, we ask that all dogs be secured indoors or in a separate, fenced area during our service visit. If your dog has a history of aggression or extreme shyness towards strangers, please let us know when you schedule.

What happens if it rains or snows?

We generally scoop in most weather conditions, including light rain or snow. However, in cases of severe weather like heavy thunderstorms, blizzards, or extreme temperatures, we may need to reschedule your service to the next available day. We'll always communicate any changes to our schedule.
